Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or otherwise fulfilled.

If an eligible cancellation is accepted after payment, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
